Experienced Everett Residential Install Glazier

The Position:

We are looking for an individual who has experience in installing our main residential products which include shower glass enclosures and mirrors. We need them to have an eye for detail and is not afraid to work hard. We are looking for an individual who has experience with installing glass and would like to come work for a healthy wage and a generous commission opportunity. The perfect individual is honest, dependable, and positive. They take initiative and work well on a team.

Work schedule will be full time Monday – Friday, occasional weekend shifts.

Compensation:

Starting rate DOE per hr plus opportunity for commission above your hourly wage. Experienced Field Technicians (Installers) have an opportunity for commission on products installed above the hourly rate. The wide Commission range is based on efficiency, accuracy and productivity. Salary range: $54,080-$75,000 with a commission range of $0-$50,000

The average Field Technician with 4+ years of experience is estimated to be able to achieve a gross of $65,000 -$93,000 per year.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 3 years experience installing similar glass products. Preferably 5+ years of installation experience.

• Driving ability with an excellent driving record.

• Ability to work easily with 55 lbs and occasionally lift 85-100 lbs

• Excellent basic math skills

• Ability to pass a drug test and “Fit for Duty” physical exam

• A good sense of balance and ability to walk up and down steps repeatedly depending on jobsite layout

• Willing to complete a background check*

• Ability to hear, read and speak fluent English with legible handwriting.

• Hiring bonus of $4- $10K based on installation knowledge and productivity. The first installment of $2K on the first full check and the second installment ($1-$3K)  to be paid at 6 months and the final installment      ($1-$5K) to be paid at one full year of employment.

Entry Level: Everett Field Technician

The Position:

We are looking for an individual who has an eye for detail and is not afraid to work hard. Our Field Technicians go out onto the jobsites and install our products into our customers’ homes. We are looking for an entry level applicant to learn a new skill and grow with our company. The perfect individual is honest, dependable, and positive. They take initiative and work well on a team.

Work schedule will be full time Monday – Friday, occasional weekend shifts.

Compensation:

Starting rate $22/hr plus opportunity for commission. Most Field Technicians at AAA KARTAK with 1-3 years under their belt fall within a salary range of $45,760 - $79,706.

Must Haves:

• Driving ability with an excellent driving record.

• Ability to work easily with 55 lbs and occasionally lift 85-100 lbs

• Excellent basic math skills

• Ability to pass a drug test and “Fit for Duty” physical exam

• A good sense of balance and ability to walk up and down steps repeatedly depending on jobsite layout

• Willing to complete a background check*

• Ability to hear, read and speak fluent English with legible handwriting.
